Fantasy-Sim for E-Sim players

If you have played E-Sim, the browser game at e-sim.org, you already know what it is like when the countries belong to their players: the elections, the companies, the wars that start in a vote. Fantasy-Sim shares that idea and builds a different world around it.

What will feel familiar

An empty marble throne under an arch, the sea and a white city beyond
  • Politics in the players' hands. Citizens elect a council that sets taxes, declares war, makes peace and chooses the state religion.
  • Companies and markets. Found a company, take a job or hire, sell on the goods market, and change one country's money for another's on the currency market.
  • Wars fought by players. Fronts are opened by law and pushed by the people who turn up to fight them.

What is different

A village of thatched houses beside a river and a mill wheel, a castle on the hill beyond
  • One world. Everybody plays on the same map, and it keeps going. There is no server to choose and no season that ends.
  • A drawn fantasy map. Five kingdoms of five peoples on one island, each region with its own climate, weather and harvest.
  • Your house outlives you. Characters age and die. You marry, raise children, name an heir, build a manor, and carry on as another character with what you owned.
  • Kingdoms and claims. Dukes choose the king, titles are inherited, and a claim lets a player challenge a title's holder to a duel for it.
  • A day is an hour. Daily actions come back every hour, so a short visit still moves you forward.
  • Nothing to buy. Fantasy-Sim has no shop and no premium currency.
